Accelerated Trainings
Accelerated trainings in the School offer rigorous, yet high-paced training to students and practitioners in key areas of science and technology. This webpage will be updated with a listing of these courses. For example, the pre-calculus and calculus boot camps are aimed at students entering the SBASSE undergraduate programme and will serve as refreshers on basic mathematical skills, focusing particularly on calculus. Drawing examples from diverse fields the calculus boot camp will provide a holistic view of this fascinating facet of mathematical knowledge, while the pre-calculus boot camp is designed for students who need extra orientation in arithmetic, geometry, functions, and computation, as they enter the mathematically rich curricular undertakings in the SBASSE.
