Abstract
Line graphs are used to represent the relationship between two entities, line graphs are mostly used as time series graphs to represent how related data changes over some time. Such graphs make complex data easy to understand by visualizing it, however, the information presented by these charts is of no use to blind people as the ability of sight is the bottleneck. This paper aims to make line graphs accessible to blind people. When provided with the image of a line-graph, it first extracts the textual data by performing OCR. The data points of the lines are then interpreted by pixel interpretation, border, and edge detection. This information is then fed to the chatbot which answers common questions related to the graph thus making the graph accessible to blind or partially people.
