Description:

Electrospinning / Electrospraying are simple yet effective nanofiber, thin films, and nanoparticles fabrication techniques. It employs a high voltage electric field to draw electrostatically charged polymer solutions and melts into nanometer range nanofibers and nanoparticles. Polymer solution/melt characteristics and electric field can be modified for desired morphologies.

·   Syringe pump: min 0.01㎕/min, EP100

·   Flat collector: stroke 300mm

·   X-Y moving collector : stroke 150mm (manual type)

·   Heating collector: ~330℃

·   Ultra-atomization spray system
