Short Video Documentary Session - PhD-Math Research Seminar

Venue
9-ICI Math/Physics Lab (SSE Building 1st Floor)
Abstract
This documentary will be about the most profound and celebrated achievement, namely about the proof of Fermat's last Theorem. The unsolved problem stimulated the development of algebraic number theory in the 19th century and the proof of the modularity theorem in the 20th century. It is among the most notable theorems in the history of mathematics and prior to its proof was in the Guinness Book of World Records as the "most difficult mathematical problem" in part because the theorem has the largest number of unsuccessful proofs.

A PhD-Math Research Seminar is being organized on the 5th of November 2021, Friday between 2:30 and 3:30 PM PKST. The moderator of this event is Dr. Imran Anwar and the venue is 9-ICI Math/Physics Lab (SSE Building 1st Floor).
