General Relativity is a theory of gravity that has been around for over a hundred years. Decades of intensive work have led to its very thorough understanding, along with due appreciation as a viable model for gravity in numerous scenarios. Over the course of time however, an increasing number of physical and mathematical arguments, along with experimental evidence, point towards the notion that General Relativity after all, might not be totally correct. That is while General Relativistic ideas are immensely valuable and unparalleled, but writing the completely correct Action for gravity still remains a formidable task. It is in light of these developments that recently, the f(R,T) theory of gravity has surfaced as a seemingly promising alternative. And in this paradigm, we intend on investigating exact solutions to the modified equations for gravity.
