In this report we shall discuss in detail the structure of the most general Two Higgs Doublet Model. We will examine the potential for such a model and analyze its solution space, finding the number of minima and saddle points for different regions of interest. We will also discuss special cases of CP violation in the scaler sector. Next, we shall extend this discussion to the fermion sector and finally examine possibly viable structures of Yukawa matrices with the 2HDM.
