Dr. Naveed Arshad is presently Associate Professor and Chair of the Computer Science Department at Lahore University of Management Sciences. He is also the Director of Energy Informatics Group (EIG) at LUMS. His research interests include short, medium and long term forecasting of energy demand, renewable energy generation forecasting for wind and solar resources, demand side management in agricultural, residential and industrial sectors, energy efficiency, and renewable energy integration in existing building stock. Dr. Arshad holds MS and PhD in Computer Science from University of Colorado at Boulder.
