Abstract
A natural stop on the road to full quantum gravity is the semiclassical gravity regime. In this work, we study the classical Friedmann Cosmology coupled to a quantum scalar field and explore the corresponding Hamiltonian theory in an effective semiclassical regime. Probing static solutions results in a semiclassical universe with fixed size parameterized by discrete values of the cosmological constant and the curvature. We, then, explore the stability of our solution and discuss what the results entail.
